Reasons to Renovate:


It's just plain out of date- In such a competitive industry it’s a MUST to stay ahead of the competition. Golf Course members and daily fee regulars that have been loyal to a facility for years by racking up one or two rounds a week deserve a change of scenery.


  • Loss of play- Commonly overlooked, but there's only so much a G.C. Superintendent can do when Fairways and Bunkers are flooded due to improper drainage. Many golfers will play in the rain, but will certainly avoid flooded greens.
